Building consent search

This service allows you to order a copy of any issued building consent in Wellington City. The information in building permits and/or consents may include:

• completed application forms
• drainage plans
• copies of plans and specifications
• code compliance certificates (for consents).

Each item costs $25 to order.

The maximum fee for a residential property is $65. Commercial properties do not have a maximum fee.
